What’s welcome

• Disagreement. If you think a claim here is wrong, say so and say why. Sharp is fine. Specific is better.
• Critiques of AI evals and claims, including mine. Weak benchmarks, leaky test sets, and overclaimed results are all fair game.
• Research leads. Papers, datasets, failure cases, or anything I should be looking at.
• Collaboration ideas, if there’s a concrete problem worth working on together.

What isn’t

• Spam.
• Cold sales pitches.
• Requests for financial, legal, or other professional advice. What’s here is opinion.

What to expect

Replies aren’t instant, and not every message gets one. The ones most likely to get a reply are specific, make a real argument, or point to something I can check.
